.....and she's off

Nicole was so excited to get going to camp. She has been looking foreward to this for months. Her Dad and I were the annoying worried parents at the last minute before asking if she remembered to pack this or that and making sure she had extra batteries and a jacket. We tried to give her the best advice we could think of. She made sure that everyone got a hug (including the cat).

Erik drove up with us and we stopped at Paul's parents for a visit. By the time we got up to camp it was starting to rain (again). With all of the rain everything was green and beautiful.

She picked a room and cot and was anxious for us to leave since more and more of the staff was showing up. I remindered her to take LOTS of pictures, be good and have fun.
